HOW ARE THE TRAININGS CREATED?
All trainings at Nolmë Labs are devised using validated instructional design methodologies informed by adult learning theories. The curriculum is created by University professors with input from experts from the field.
We believe that grades and marks should have meaning, and certificates should have value. Our grading criteria are made objective and transparent by using pre established rubric for assessments.
Our courses are piloted before being made open as paid trainings, and revised periodically.
WHAT IS THE COURSE FORMAT?
We value activity, demonstration, discussion, research, and case-based pedagogy, while emphasizing the theoretical and empirical bases of the material. Some courses occur as Level I and Level II to better serve this purpose.
WHO TAKES THE TRAININGS?
Nolmë Labs’ faculty are trained and qualified academicians and professors, and/or resource persons with extensive work experience from the field.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS AND REFUNDS?
Discounts: All courses come with early bird and group discounts. These can be availed simultaneously. We are continuously currently working towards making our pricing structures accessible and inclusive to everyone from diverse economic backgrounds.
Refunds: In case participants cannot attend the training and have made the fee payments, they may request a full refund up till a day before the training commences. No requests for refunds will be entertained once the training begins.
HOW DO I EARN MY CERTIFICATE?
To be eligible for the course certificate the participant should have attended at least 80% of all sessions of the long term training programmes and all sessions of the short skills trainings, and completed all the assessments and activities in a timely manner. Failing this, the certificate of course completion will not be issued.
DO THE CERTIFICATES CONTRIBUTE TO COLLEGE CREDITS?
Nolmë Labs is a Limited Liability Partnership registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GoI. We are not affiliated to any university. The credentials allotted are private and do not translate to college credits or accreditations. Certificates denote course completion and participant's performance during the training. These private credentials do not replace any prerequisite degrees as governed by relevant laws.
