Job Description
Project Based assignments in the areas of
Project Aawaz (Nolmë Labs’ mental illness anti stigma campaign)
Nolmë Mag: Designing our online social sciences magazine, preparing and scheduling posts, leading media based campaigns aligned with Nolmë Labs' MHA and Research department goals
Miscellaneous responsibilities related to various live projects
Essential responsibilities
Videography: editing, transcribing, closed captioning, scheduling and publishing interviews
Copywriting, editing, proofreading pop press articles and interviews
Scheduling, outreach and managing SEO
Handling social media presence and working with MHA and research teams to realise departmental goals
Qualification
Preferred background in Bachelors, Masters in English, Mass Media, Social Sciences.
Necessary Competencies & Skills
Well versed with software use related to video editing, transcription, graphic designing, YouTube Studio, social media scheduling apps etc.
Creative vision, with excellent presentation, engagement and marketing skill
Accountable, engages in open communication, ethical, and able to maintain participant/interviewee confidentiality
Willing and able to learn on the job

Previous work experience in editorial roles, managing magazines
Great social media presence
Creativity and Time management
