Designation: HR & Organizational Psychology Intern

Number of positions: 02

Minimum Duration: 6 months

Location:  This is a remote opportunity

Job Description

Essential responsibilities

  • Facilitate end to end HR processes from recruitment to exit interview

  • Conduct induction, onboarding, and sensitivity training 

  • Create, maintain, update, and communicate employee documentation, personnel and customer data

  • Document, formalise and communicate changes in company policy

  • Coordinate periodic team trainings, team building and engagement activities 

  • Maintaining and Supervising project timelines 

  • Coordinate between project partners, collaborators, and team members

  • Coordinate business development and outreach efforts 

  • Strategise and Facilitate business development activities 

Qualifications:

Bachelors (Psychology, Economics, Sociology, Anthropology) or Masters (Business Administration - HRM or Organisational Psychology)

Necessary Competencies & Skills

  • Well versed with talent sourcing platforms.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Project & Team management, Productivity Tracking 

  • Excellent presentation and engagement skills

  • Proficient in written and spoken English for writing reports, executive summaries, documentation, articles

  • Accountable, engages in open communication, ethical, and able to maintain employee/intern confidentiality, respectful to all members of the team.

Desired Competencies

  • Experience in using team management apps like Trello, Asana etc.

  • Past experience at NGOs, community based organisations, media organisations

  • Background knowledge of the academic research and mental health industry 

  • Problem solving skills, Creativity, Time management
